Management of the company as well as staff providing research analysis and consulting services are situated in the head office, in Tbilisi, Georgia.

ACT has a wide representation in Georgia with branches in Kutaisi, Gori, Rustavi, Zugdidi, Poti, Telavi, Ozurgeti, Akhaltsikhe, Mstkheta, and Batumi. We also have partners in Armenia and Azerbaijan. Through countrywide network and partners ACT provides its services throughout the entire Trans-Caucasus region.

Focus Group facilities
ACT focus group facilities are located in Tbilisi Head Office. Two modern and comfortable focus group rooms can seat up to 24 participants. Both rooms are equipped with a high-resolution digital pan-tilt-zoom camera, microphone pickups and audio/video recorders, which enables recording and simultaneous translation of group sessions. Besides, clients can observe group discussions from the observation rooms via TV or through the one-way mirror between the focus group rooms and the observation rooms.

CATI
CATI – Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing is a technology for telephone interviews to be held under supervision of the centralized computer system. CATI allows providing more efficient, fast and accurate telephone interviews with paper free technology and automatic control of the quotas. ACT office features CATI center for 20 working places.
