ACT Urban-Omnibus

SURVEY DESIGN

URBAN Omnibus is conducted on a monthly basis. The standardized sample size is 1800 respondents per wave and is represenattive to 10 major cities of Georgia. The sample is renewed for each wave of the survey (this is not a panel survey) but the similar representative sampling model allows comparing results through different waves.

Based on representative sample, the survey reflects opinion of General Public of 10 major cities of Georgia and is especially valuable for companies that target wide GP (e.g. retail banking, FMCG, communications etc.)

SURVEY STAGES

Urban Omnibus survey strictly starts at 20th of each month. Client receives the final results within 28 days.

  • Questionnaire design – The first 5 days of each wave
  • Fieldwork / control/data analysis - The following 17 days of each waves
  • Reporting – The last 5 days of each wave

 

PRICING

The cost of the questionnaire is determined by the number of questions. Any type of question in URBAN Omnibus througout 10 cites costs EUR 285, only in Tbilisi - EUR 155. In addition to the key questions, socio-demographic and geographic information on respondents is delivered to client for free.

In case of contracting for certain amount of questions per year, contractor is eligible to special benefits (see table below).

Client is also flexible to select the preferred Omnibus waves, skip useless seasons etc. Also, contractors are allowed to divide the questions as they wish i.e. 5 questions each wave, or 10 every second wave etc. However, the number of questions per wave can not exceed 15.

The given prices include full research process: preparation of tools, fieldwork, data processing, analysis and reporting. ACT can also provide presenattion of findings and insights.
