For situations when time and material resources are of the essence, ACT offers online surveys. As with the face-to-face interview, the online survey allows for the testing of visual materials while online questionnaires are highly convenient for many respondents. 

Considering that the overall number of regular Internet users in Georgia remains relatively low, the application of online interviews is not always recommended and largely depends upon the research objectives and target demographic. Online surveys are worth applying if the target segment is known to include Internet users or if the survey is conducted around a particular issue in which the Internet user’s opinion is required.
